“Customer” refers to anyone browsing, booking, or participating in our tours.
“Tour Guide” refers to our professional guides and local experience providers.
“Booking” refers to any confirmed reservation made through our website.

Booking & Eligibility

Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information.
Some tours may have minimum age or physical fitness requirements.
Statue of Liberty Walking Tour: Child 4–12, Under 4 Free
St. Patrick’s & Rockefeller Center Tour: Child 6–12, Under 6 Free
Greenwich Village Food Tour: All Ages
Combination Passes: Child 6–12, Under 6 Free
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet our policies.
48-hour cancelation policy

Tour Reservations & Payments

Full or partial payment may be required depending on the selected tour.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include the services listed in the package.
Additional personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Payment must be completed before the tour departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel according to the cancellation policy of the selected tour.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeframe.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
Within 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable.
Customers may reschedule within the ticket’s one-year validity.
Customers may transfer their ticket to another person.
Ticket transfers are allowed up to 24 hours before departure.
Missed departures follow the same reschedule/transfer policy rather than automatic forfeiture.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our highest priority. Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by our tour guides and comply with local safety regulations throughout the experience. Highly Rated Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the wellbeing of all guests.

Any details collected during the booking process are used solely to manage reservations, improve our services, and communicate important tour updates.
