What is included?
Private tours include a dedicated local guide, a customized itinerary, and attraction admission where applicable. Food and tasting fees are not included on the Greenwich Village Food, History & Hidden Gems Tour.
How do I make a payment for my booking?
Payment for private tours must be received within 24 hours of booking to guarantee your tour date. Refunds are 100% if requested within 48 hours of receiving payment. After that, refunds are 75%. Questions? Text us at 646-299-0226 or email info@highlyratedtours.com.
Can I Customize My Private Tour?
Yes. Private tours are fully customizable. Tell us what you’d like to see and we’ll build the itinerary around your group.
Are Food Stops Included in Every Tour?
No. Food stops are part of the Greenwich Village Food, History & Hidden Gems Tour, and food and drink at each stop are at the guest’s own expense.
Can We Make Extra Stops During the Tour?
Extra stops must be arranged with your tour guide before your tour date, so we can make sure they fit within the time you’ve booked.
What Happens in Bad Weather?
Our tours run rain or shine, so dress for the weather and bring an umbrella. Refunds for weather are issued only if we cancel the tour.
